How The Service Works
1. PBSA operators enrol their property via our online digital platform and receive a unique PIN (property identification number)
2. Operator selects service option: Zube smart Lockers, Reception service, Residents room service
3. Resident is allocated a unique PIN number enabling them to sign up to the service using the Zube PBSA app, or website
4. Students receive Zube welcome pack with branded recyclable laundry bags, branded goodies etc
5. Students can then place online orders specifying collection and delivery dates & times
6. PBSA operators receive monthly commissions on all orders

Subscription Options
A variety of flexible laundry subscription plans to suit individual budgets and needs allowing them to pre-pay for services for their entire tenancy term, resulting in potential savings.
Pay-As-You-Go Services
Pay as-you-go service for those who prefer the flexibility of only paying for laundry services as they use them – allowing access to on-demand solutions only when needed.
Additional Premium Services
Duvet and bedding laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing and delicate item care options for ‘do not tumble dry’ and ‘hand wash’ only items.
Payment Options
Build our service into your room rate and be billed monthly minus your commission
Residents can pay Zube directly and operators will be paid monthly commissions
What's In The Welcome Pack
Residents will receive a branded Zube welcome pack that will include:
Laundry Bag
One laundry bag that typically holds 7kg of laundry. As long as the zip closes, everything is included in the price. T&C’s apply.
One Small Mesh Bag
For personal underwear items. The bag remains zipped up and the contents are not handled until they have been washed and ready to be tumble dried. This is to protect the privacy of your tenants and the safety of our laundry operatives. This bag must be placed inside the Zube laundry bag and forms part of the allowance.
One Large Mesh Bag
For any items that require the special care. Perfect for those designer labels, hand wash only and do not tumble dry items. This bag must be placed inside the Zube laundry bag and forms part of the allowance.
Drycleaning Hanging Bag
For all drycleaning items on our dry-cleaning pricelist. All items will be cleaned, steam pressed and returned on hangers.
Branded Welcome Gifts
A selection of Zube branded gifts which your tenant can keep; coffee mug, fridge magnet etc. Zube also offers the option for the gifts to be banded with the operators company branding or the accommodation branding.
PBSA operators receive monthly commissions on all orders
Total Customisation
Your residents can choose their detergent, fabric conditioner & preferred water temperature at time of ordering
